Our Prediction Came True!

Weeks ago, in a blog about titanium watches, we predicted that tudor watches in titanium, like the new Pelagos 39, are experiments in advance of an inevitable titanium Rolex. A few days ago, we got just that; a new record-breaking dive watch from Rolex - the Deepsea Challenge - featuring a full titanium case and bracelet.

Next, we predict Rolex will introduce a production tool-watch model in titanium, and that titanum will eventually surpass steel as the modern tool-watch metal of choice.
